A Not - So - Silent Night
On December 14, 2003, the children of the First Baptist Church of Lemoore presented their Christmas Program, A Not - So - Silent Night. The shepherds, who proclaimed the good news that the Savor was born, were on trial for kidnapping and disturbing the peace. Witnesses complained about the shepherds rejoicing, singing, and dancing, and the missing town's people. The shepherds told of their encounter with the angel of the Lord, and how they went to Bethlehem to see the baby lying in a manger. All who attended was treated to a wonderful production by the children and all of the adult volunteers.
